PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
 

“All of our products are backed with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Every product you purchase from www.suzansspecialgifts.com must be free of defects or you may return it within thirty days of delivery for immediate replacement or refund.”

 
Although we contract with our manufacturers and suppliers for specific models, designs, etc. in the photos, minor manufacturing design changes may occur from time to time.  Suzan’s Special Gifts has no control over minor variations.  We reserve the right to update model designs, substitute models or colors to fulfill orders with equivalent merchandise whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers.
 
Hand-crafted and/or hand-painted items may vary slightly in color or size when compared to photographed samples shown on our website.  Figurines, carvings and other hand-painted items (i.e., porcelain, alabastrite, ceramic, wood, stone, glass, etc,) are individually created by a diverse group of artists and artisans.  Each brings an individual and personalized talent to his or her work, making these products truly one-of-a-kind collectors’ items.

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express Cards.  We also accept Money Orders.  These orders will be filled after we receive your payment in the mail.  Please mail you money orders to:

EXCHANGE POLICY 
 
We will gladly exchange any damaged or defective merchandise at no extra cost to you.  We must be notified of damaged merchandise via email (admin@suzansspecialgifts.com) within 10 days of receipt.  You are eligible for an item replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs) upon return of the item.  Return items to:

  1.)    Replacement:  On the original shipping invoice indicate the number of items you want to
    return and the reason for replacement.  We will ship a replacement item at no extra cost. 
     
    Replacements are subject to availability.  If an exact replacement is not available, we will give you an In-Store Credit valid towards any future Suzan’s Special Gifts purchase. 
     
  2.) Full Refund:  Please allow 10 business days for full refund completion (including original
    shipping charges).  If you paid by credit card, the refund should be reflected on your credit card statement that falls within the date of refund completion (it depends on your billing cycle).  If you paid by check or money order your refund check will be mailed to you as soon as possible.
 

REFUND POLICY

 
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund less shipping cost.  The item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.
 
Include original shipping invoice and indicate the number of items you’re returning and the reason for the return.  Items must be returned to:

Please allow 10 business days for refund completion.  If you paid by credit card, the refund should be reflected on your credit card statement that falls within the date of refund completion (it depends on your billing cycle).  If you paid by check or money order your refund check will be mailed to you as soon as possible (we will not refund shipping costs or fees). 
 
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY 
 
Once an order is placed on our website it is processed by our credit card merchant and cannot be stopped.  If you have placed an order by error, please notify us via email, to admin@suzansspecialgifts.com, within one hour of order placement.  We will process your order cancellation transaction and send you a confirmation via email within 24 business hours.
 

SHIPPING DETAILS

 
USA ORDERS: 
 
  • Standard shipping method is UPS Ground service.
  • Please allow between 9-11 business days for delivery.
  • UPS tracking information is available upon request.  To receive UPS tracking information, please send us email request attached to your order receipt, 2 days after the order is placed.
 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

 
We ship internationally to the following:  Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. 
 
  • Orders are shipped via Air Mail.

-         Orders with a retail value of $25 or less pay a flat fee of $20.00

-         Orders over $25 pay 50% of sub-total
